The successful applicant will be tasked with establishing a proposed new Office Procedures Essential Skills for the Workplace (ESWP) program at Prince Albert Campus. ESWP programs are tuition-free, supported programs which deliver job-readiness skills to unemployed or under-employed individuals. ESWPs are full-time, 16-week, in-person programs which incorporate a two-week job placement. Duties include adapting existing curricula, locating work placements, evaluating job prospects, and advertising and maintaining an interest list. If there is sufficient interest from potential students and employers, the position will be extended into the winter term for delivery of the program.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
- B.Ed. with a major in Business Education; OR B.Ed. plus an Office Education certificate; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years (within the last five years) of recent, relevant and successful instructional or business experience.
- Two years (within the last five years) of recent, relevant and successful instructional or business experience.
- Demonstrated ability to use all components of a computer application suite and to integrate applications.
- Demonstrated ability to properly format business documents.
- Effective communication skills (written and oral).
