ProVantage Automation is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the office runs efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment
- Support scheduling meetings and company events
- Maintain office records files and documentation
- Process accounts payable (AP) entries and invoices and provide administrative support to the Finance Manager with various accounting functions and tasks
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding logistics for new employees
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Handle incoming correspondence phone calls and visitor reception
- Support management with special projects and administrative tasks
