Compensation: $55,000 to $60,000 depending on experience
Join Bayview Animal Hospital as our Hospital Manager, a key leadership role in a dynamic veterinary practice. We're welcoming a seasoned veterinary client service professional passionate about leading teams and delivering exceptional veterinary client care.
Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Regional Operations Director and in partnership with the Medical Director, the Hospital Manager performs a wide range of administrative activities related to the practice.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, cultivating a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Manage recruitment, staff development and performance to maintain a strong, cohesive team
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency in partnership with leadership
Positively represent the hospital and VCA Canada, building strong relationships with clients and the community
Skills and Qualifications
2 years of leadership experience managing a team of up to 30 in a customer-facing role
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and office administration
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a talent for motivating and coaching others
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and driving positive change in a dynamic environment
Passionate about providing excellent care to pets and their families
