Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership – Child Neurodevelopmental Pathway
Hours: 15 hours per week – Temporary or Secondment (11 months)
Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the AHP Administration Team.
This post offers an excellent opportunity to support the development of a neuro-affirming clinical service focused on early identification and co-ordinated support within community settings, with the aim of reducing reliance on specialist diagnostic pathways.
In this role, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to the clinical team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service. Key responsibilities will include co-ordinating appointments, preparing patient correspondence, templating clinics and supporting effective communication between professionals, families, and partner organisations. Your contribution will be integral to maintaining consistent, high-quality administrative processes throughout the Test of Change period.
The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience within a health, social care, or education setting is desirable; however, full training and support will be provided.
If you are a motivated and organised individual who is keen to support an innovative, person-centred service and contribute to improving outcomes for children and families, we would welcome your application.
