We are a faith-based early learning program located in Calgary, committed to providing high-quality childcare and Christ-centered education for young children. Our Montessori Preschool Care Program offers a warm, thoughtfully prepared environment that supports each child’s natural curiosity, independence, and love of learning. Guided by a holistic, child-centered philosophy, the program is rooted in Montessori principles and informed by emergent, responsive practices that honour each child’s unique development.

Children are viewed as capable, curious, and competent individuals with an innate drive to learn. Educators carefully prepare the environment with developmentally appropriate Montessori materials that invite hands-on exploration, independence, and purposeful work. Children are offered meaningful choice within a structured setting, allowing them to follow their interests at their own pace while engaging in self-directed learning.

Through uninterrupted work cycles, intentional observation, and calm, respectful guidance, educators support children in developing concentration, self-discipline, confidence, and essential life skills. This approach nurtures a strong sense of responsibility, independence, and intrinsic motivation for learning.

The program places a strong emphasis on belonging, well-being, and engagement. Relationships, consistency, and a calm, respectful learning environment foster a strong sense of community, allowing children to feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

The successful candidate will use their God-given gifts to help fulfill our mission of “Laying Treasured Foundations for Tomorrow.” They will contribute to a learning environment that weaves Biblical values into daily routines, fosters meaningful relationships with families, and reflects a deep respect for the capabilities of each child. Educators will engage in prayer, Bible stories, and spiritual reflection with children in authentic and developmentally appropriate ways.
