What’s the Job?
We’re hiring a Multimedia Producer who thrives in high-energy environments and loves crafting engaging short-form content. You’ll collaborate with a tight, accountable team to brainstorm, plan monthly shoots, film on site, and edit content that performs.
If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, comfortable on active jobsites, and sharp in the edit, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creative Collaboration & Brainstorming
- Work with our creative team to develop concepts and monthly content plans.
- Bring your own ideas while staying open to feedback and iteration.
- Track platform trends and translate them into on-brand executions.
Video Production
- Shoot high-quality short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, 20 second-1 minute cuts).
- Capture on-site interviews, BTS, brand storytelling, and dynamic visuals.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and sound; drone where applicable.
- Keep shoots organized, efficient, and safe.
Post-Production & Delivery
- Edit in Adobe Premiere Pro; build light motion in After Effects; grade in-suite; manage audio polish.
- Maintain efficient turnaround times without compromising quality.
- Deliver consistent brand tone, pacing, and story across assets.
Who We’re Looking For
- You know how to make a shot look great and tell a compelling story.
- You work fast and deliberately—get the shot, keep things moving.
- You collaborate well and communicate clearly.
- You respect the trades, value craftsmanship, and take ownership.
Required Skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop.
- Confident with cameras, lighting, and sound on real-world sets.
- Strong storytelling, composition, and colour-grading fundamentals.
- Excellent time management; self-directed and team-oriented.
- No formal degree required—skill and results matter most.
- Drone experience.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Photography and/or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with social video trends and short-form strategy.
