The Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be working as part of a team processing all incoming customer inquires from multiple sources: email,

phone, chat and in person. You will enter sales orders, provide quotations and order confirmations as well as conduct stock checks.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers, vendors and other departments within Advanced Motion to provide timely and

effective solutions. As an extension of the Sales Team you will collaborate closely with Outside Sales to help achieve overall company sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

You are an experienced (3-5 years) Customer Service Professional with strong interpersonal skills who takes pride in exceeding customers’ expectations. You

thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable in shifting priorities as situations demand. This is complemented by a technical aptitude where you

can understand how mechanical and electrical components work, how they work together and be able to offer suitable product alternatives to meet client

lead times. You have a desire to learn about new technologies and share what you know with our clients.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you have strong computer and Microsoft Office knowledge and experience working with

ERP/Order Management systems. Formal education in Customer Service and/or Industrial Automation fields would be a definite asset.
