What You'll Be Doing

As a Part-Time Remote Team Coordinator, you're the behind-the-scenes force that keeps our instructor team strong and our swim families connected to K&K — all from home, during our busiest hours.

• Supporting instructors in real time during evening and weekend lesson schedules
• Managing coverage gaps, schedule changes, and time-off requests quickly and accurately
• Turning every family interaction into an opportunity to build trust, confidence, and loyalty in K&K
• Strengthening the instructor experience by showing up for your team when it matters most
• Keeping accurate records that keep everyone informed and set up for success

You're the Right Fit If You:

• Work well independently and don't need someone looking over your shoulder
• Stay focused and solution-minded when things get busy or go sideways
• Communicate clearly and professionally. Know how to adjust your tone for the moment
• Take pride in doing the job right, not just getting it done
• Are comfortable working evenings and weekends from home
• Have experience in customer service, or client relations
• Are confident using digital platforms to manage communication and scheduling
