About The Opportunity
LRO Staffing is partnering with a respected national healthcare-focused organization to recruit a Bilingual Project Coordinator for a fully remote contract opportunity through March 31, 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting the implementation of a significant multi-stakeholder project. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing communications, supporting stakeholder engagement efforts, and ensuring project deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, bilingual in English and French, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful national work while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote work arrangement.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Support the Project Manager with the day-to-day implementation of project activities, workplans, schedules, and task tracking
- Coordinate consultation sessions with community organizations, service providers, and individuals with lived and living experience, including scheduling, participant coordination, logistics, and preparation of materials
- Organize partner engagement activities, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, action item tracking, and follow-up communications
- Draft and distribute project updates, maintain contact lists, and support ongoing stakeholder communications
- Assist with data collection, data entry, validation support, and documentation management for a national service mapping initiative
- Coordinate content collection, organization, and updates for a bilingual web-based and mobile-friendly digital navigation platform
- Support dissemination and knowledge mobilization activities, including preparation of materials, presentations, webinars, and distribution lists
- Maintain project trackers, including risks, issues, decisions, and action items, while supporting reporting and progress updates
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders across Canada
- Provide additional project and administrative support as required
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Minimum two years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a related role
- Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong oral, written, and reading comprehension skills in both languages (essential)
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, consultations, or stakeholder engagement activities in virtual and/or in-person environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills, including drafting emails, summaries, meeting notes, and basic reports
- Experience supporting outreach and communications with diverse stakeholders and partners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
- Experience supporting data collection, data entry, and file management activities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new software platforms and tools
- Experience with community engagement initiatives, event coordination, or database/service directory maintenance would be considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative team environment
About the Job
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote within Canada
- Duration: Contract through March 31, 2027
- Hourly Pay: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
- Hours: 35 hours per week with flexible scheduling during regular business hours (Flexibility to work additional hours periodically to support project deadlines and stakeholder engagement activities across time zones)
