Currently, Bissell Centre is looking for an Interim Manager, Analysis & Evaluation to join our dedicated Analysis & Evaluation team as we journey with the Community towards an elimination of poverty. How You’ll Make an Impact?

The Interim Manager, Analysis and Evaluation (A&E) is responsible for supervising the A&E team and overseeing the coordination, administration, and continuous improvement of data collection, analysis, reporting, and evaluation activities at Bissell Centre.

The Interim Manager works with the Database Analyst, Database Administrator, and Research Analyst to ensure data collection systems, reporting processes, evaluation activities, and staff training are accurate, useful, ethical, and aligned with operational and funder requirements. This position supports cross-departmental collaboration, monitors data quality and reporting needs, and ensures direct report staff have clear priorities, guidance, and support to complete their work effectively.

This position is a temporary full-time role providing maternity leave coverage. The anticipated term is 7 months beginning in August 2026, with the possibility of extension based on organizational needs.

· Monitor and support evaluation of program delivery, service quality, outputs, outcomes, and related trends on an ongoing basis.

· Ensure Bissell follows funder requirements, including accurate and timely reporting of outputs and outcomes.

· Recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and day-to-day supervision of all direct report staff.

· Develop, implement, and monitor an annual portfolio budget in cooperation with the Director.

· Update job descriptions, operating policies, procedures, and related documentation as required.

What You’ll Bring?

· Diploma or degree in related field.

· Minimum 2 years related working experience in data collection, reporting, evaluation, database analysis, or database administration.

· Experience supervising, coaching, or coordinating the work of staff, including analysts, administrators, or project-based teams.

· Experience working with databases common to human services would be considered an asset.

· Education and/or experience in community services and programs would be an asset.
