Our client is a well-established HVAC contractor and has a job open for Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator for their inventory of Plumbing HVAC Piping Electrical materials and supplies. This existing role is responsible for inventory management, put-aways, overall warehouse physical stock of inventory reconciliation of all raw materials inventory at the main facility. The job is based in Brampton -Etobicoke -Toronto, ON. This is a day shift operation and will require standing and working outdoors for long periods of time due to the nature of business. This is a construction related dusty work environment. All applicants must be able to work outdoors.

• Manage take stock of inventory of materials
• Oversee warehouse and yard operations to ensure materials are properly stored, organized, protected, and efficiently staged for upcoming work.
• Coordinate inbound outbound activities to ensure timely delivery of materials to support field operations and project timelines.
• Work closely with construction and project teams to monitor material needs, resolve shortages, and improve overall material handling and logistics processes.

Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring inventory availability of construction materials used across multiple active projects. This includes inventory control, warehouse and yard operations. You will collaborate closely with internal project teams and external suppliers to forecast requirements, maintain accurate inventory records, streamline material flow, and support timely field operations.

Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator will have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience (MUST have) in Plumbing HVAC Piping Electrical materials and supplies construction building materials, ceramic tiles, lumber, cement and similar industry. There may be some heavy lifting involved, Forklift license preferred. Ability to stand and work for long hours may be required. This job will require to work in outdoors wet / cold conditions due to the nature of the business.
