We’re growing fast, and we’re on the hunt for a Cabinetry Technician / Cabinet Vision Programmer to join our production team.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced technician who knows Cabinet Vision software inside and out. You’ll be responsible for turning our design team's creative concepts into precise technical drawings, cut lists, and CNC-ready files. From drafting to production, you’ll be a key part of ensuring our cabinetry is engineered with accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Create shop drawings using Cabinet Vision software based on approved designs and site measurements
  • Ensure all appliance specs, hardware details, and material selections are accurately reflected in drawings
  • Troubleshoot design and build issues and collaborate with the design and production teams for seamless execution
  • Program and prepare CNC files for machining
  • Perform quality checks on design and production outputs
  • Assist with engineering documentation and maintain organized drawing sets
  • Ensure projects meet high standards of craftsmanship and stay on schedule

What You’ll Bring

  • Proficient in Cabinet Vision software (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in CNC programming and cabinetry drafting
  • Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and hardware
  • Experience with AutoCAD, or similar software is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a commitment to quality
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

Schedule & Details

  • Full-time & Part-Time, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional weekends as needed
  • Must be able to commute to London, ON (relocation assistance not provided)
