Payroll Specialist

SRG London is recruiting for a Payroll and Benefits administrator for a manufacturing client in the Ingersoll area. This is a confidential role and is for an existing vacancy

Responsibilities (Not limited to)

• Process bi weekly payroll using Day force, pension administration, vacation and banked hours tracking, and union dues.
• Support the Manager with day-to-day Labour and Employee Relations matters.
• Provide administrative support for recruiting, onboarding, employment contracts, benefits enrollment company event etc.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, maintain documentation, and assist other areas as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of payroll experience- Day force configuration experience is required.
• Working towards PCP is an asset
