Key Accountabilities
- Experience creating daily schedules for Operators/Labourer's & Equipment
- Review required paperwork, ensure required documents and information is available, entering data for invoicing
- Assist the Billing Department with customer invoicing
- Create sales orders in OMS
- Respond to incoming customer calls
- Provide support exporting information from various sources into excel reports
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Post-Secondary education is preferred
- Must have previous experience using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel
- Dispatching experience is an asset
- Previous Logistics and Waste Management experience is an asset
- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and efficient
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
