YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for preparing written examinations and training syllabus for Flight Attendant training, maintaining master exam files and control procedures for all examinations, and delivering classroom instruction as required. Your responsibilities will also include line indoctrination and line checks when assigned by the Chief Flight Attendant, as well as contributing to the improvement of existing training programs and the development of new programs.

Level of education : High school
Diploma : DES
Status : Completed
Work experience (years) : 3-5 years
Written French : Advanced
Spoken French : Advanced
Written English : Advanced
Spoken English : Advanced

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?
- High School diploma.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience as a Flight Attendant or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Experience as a trainer and/or involvement in employee training and evaluations.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Knowledge of Cree culture and language is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including the possibility of overnight stays.
- Availability upon request.
- Certification required.
