JOB PURPOSE

The Administrative Support – Non Clinical is responsible for administrative support for a department or program.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school graduation plus an additional administrative support program of over 6 months duration plus one year of related experience OR five (5) years of recent experience (within the last 8 years) as a 1021, shall be considered as equivalent.
  • Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
  • Ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Good work record.

Demonstrated proficiency verified by testing in:

  • Data Entry 4000 KSPH
  • Typing 45 WPM (General)
  • Excel 50%
  • Outlook 50%
  • Word 50%
  • PowerPoint 50%

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Administrative Support – Non Clinical is responsible for:

  • Compiling and validating information and data
  • Maintaining data bases and producing reports
  • Creating, formatting and editing documents
  • Providing information and performing reception services
  • Scheduling and organizing appointments, meetings and events
  • Performing general office duties
