Cost Control Analyst

Denison Mines

Denison Mines is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Control Analyst to support project and operational cost management across our uranium development portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Project Controls, the Cost Control Analyst will assist with tracking project budgets, updating forecasts, and preparing cost reports to support effective cost management on capital and operating projects. This role will help support disciplined project execution through accurate and timely cost reporting.

This is a 6-month contract position, based in Saskatoon.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are a detail-oriented and analytical early-career professional or recent graduate with an interest in project cost control and financial reporting in a project-based environment. You are comfortable working with data, eager to learn, and able to collaborate across teams to support effective project controls and decision-making. In addition, you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic project environment
