Position Summary
Reporting to the MRO Purchasing manager the incumbent supports the team of buyers in handling operational tasks for Leclerc Group’s manufacturing facilities.
How will you create impact?
You contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions:
- Participate in extracting reports from our system (SAP)
- Participate in the management, planning, and coordination of purchasing activities
- Participate in data consolidation
- Communicate and develop key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in managing inventory obsolescence
- Participate in managing the merchandise return process
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who can
- Enjoys working in a team
- Comfortable communicating effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP (an asset)
- Be available to work on-site at the head office located in Saint‑Augustin‑de‑Desmaures.
