Under The Direction Of The Principal, The Office Administrator

  • Provides secretarial, administrative, and program support to the Principal, staff, and Get SET programs.
  • Acts as a receptionist;
  • Maintains office records;
  • Orders school supplies;
  • Performs other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge And Skills

  • Two years of direct experience working in Employment Ontario Information System (EOIS)
  • Two years of direct experience using EOIS-Case Management System (EOIS -CaMs) data base
  • Advanced proficiency in word processing/google docs
  • Knowledge of Milestones, Learning Plans and Ontario Adult Literacy Curriculum Framework
  • Experience working in Sparkrock and school cash online

In Addition, The Following Will Be Considered An Asset

  • Past experience working in a diverse population (mental health, intellectual disabilities, financially disadvantaged
  • Knowledge of adult education programs (ESL, St. Nicholas Adult High School) and Ministry program guide.
  • Knowledge of outside agencies to make appropriate referrals out refer learners to outside agencies

This is a permanent, part time (0.5 FTE), ten (10) month position with a salary range of $43, 264 - $46,458 (to be prorated). A partial employees benefits package is also provided.

The effective date is approximately August 31, 2026.
