Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role has overall responsibility for the well-timed and accurate execution of project procurement and sub-contracting that ensures the completion of key milestones/objectives, minimizes commercial risks, emphasizes safety, enhances competitive advantage and meets customer expectations, always in strict accordance with Qualus Supply Chain Code of Business conduct. Responsibilities
- Lead medium to high-complexity procurement and contracting processes
- Prepare and manage tender documents, clarifications, evaluations, and awards
- Administer contracts to ensure cost, schedule, and quality compliance
- Manage post-award activities including, change orders, payments, claims, and closeout
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure smooth execution and delivery
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline; Supply Chain certification (e.g., SCMP, CPSM) is considered an asset
- Proven experience with ERP systems, with SAP proficiency required
- 5–7 years of experience in contract administration, ideally within civil, utilities, or industrial project environments
- Exposure to Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Highly analytical with excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid understanding of various contract models, including lump sum, unit rate, and other commercial structures
