The Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the engine behind our pharmacy and retail relationships. You'll connect with pharmacists and buyers, introduce them to our product lineup, and turn conversations into orders. This is a phone- and email-forward role with real earning potential through commissions - your effort directly shapes your paycheck.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage relationships with pharmacies and retail accounts across Canada
  • Make outbound calls, send follow-ups, and respond to inbound inquiries
  • Educate customers on our product portfolio and recommend the right fit for their shelves
  • Hit and exceed sales targets, earning commission on top of your hourly base
  • Keep your pipeline organized in Salesforce (training provided)
  • Collaborate with the broader sales and operations team

What we're looking for

  • A degree in sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field — new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and comfort talking to customers over the phone
  • Self-motivation and a competitive drive (commission rewards your hustle)
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn - we'll teach you the rest
