We’re looking for a Senior Public Relations Coordinator who is hands-on, proactive and excited about building brands that matter. This is a role for someone who wants to be in it, not just observing.

You’ll work across some of the most exciting beauty and lifestyle brands, collaborating closely with our team and contributing to campaigns from idea to execution.

What you’ll do

• Support and execute PR & influencer strategies across multiple accounts
• Pitch media, manage relationships and follow-ups
• Coordinate seeding programs, launches and events
• Contribute to campaign ideas, storytelling and content
• Track performance and help translate results into insights
• Work closely with the team across projects, clients and moments

What you bring

• 3+ years in PR / social (beauty, lifestyle or wellness is a strong plus)
• Strong writing + pitching skills
• Detail-oriented, organized and execution-driven
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A natural sense of initiative and ownership

Bonus if you’re bilingual (FR/EN) and love staying on top of what’s next.

• CreatorIQ (or similar)
• Asana
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

The details

• Montréal (hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote)
• Salary: $48K–$55K
• Summer Fridays (PM off)
• 3 weeks vacation + birthday off
