The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring a Janitor on a temporary, full-time basis for a 6 month term. This position requires onsite work and is located in Regina, SK.

Shift: 37.33 Hours/week, Monday - Thursday

What you’ll do

Duties will involve a variety of activities including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Perform such duties as maintaining buildings, including Locker Rooms, Lavatories/Washrooms, and Canteen in a clean and orderly condition
  • Ensure that adequate supplies of soap, hand cleaner, paper towels, and other materials are available as required.
  • Other related duties as required. Successful applicant must perform many of the duties alone and with minimum supervision.

The Team: You will work closely with other team members across the Maintenance Team and will report to the Maintenance Trades Supervisor.

Who you are

You are looking for a career in Maintenance and meet the following requirements:

  • Candidates must have completed Grade XII or equivalent.
  • Have the physical capability to perform the heavy work associated with the position. Training and/or experience in janitorial work is desirable

This is a unionized role that resides with UNIFOR Canada Local 594 offering $39.45 per hour. As a union member, you would be subject to pay union dues as part of the collective agreement.
