Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual) – Coquitlam BC

Prairie Naturals, a recognized leader in the natural health products industry, is expanding its national sales team and seeking an experienced Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (English / French) to work in our Coquitlam BC Head Office. This is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

· Work with retail customers and our outside sales team to ensure orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner

· Call retail customers as required to offer specials, programs, and generate sales

· Deal with any retail customer issues and ensure a suitable outcome for all parties

· Work with various departments to ensure company objectives are met

Qualifications

· Minimum 2+ years of inside sales experience

· Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service

· Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
