ConstructionClock is the first fully automated, hands-free time-tracking app built for small and mid-size construction and service companies. Using GPS, crews clock in and out simply by walking onto a job site — no buttons, no fudged timesheets, 100% accurate hours. The platform delivers detailed worklogs, automatic payroll reports, and clean project maps, and exports straight into QuickBooks, Xero, Payworks, XLSX, and PDF.
The market has noticed: 74,000+ downloads, a 4.5-star rating, and a loyal base of owners, crews, and bookkeepers who rely on us every workday. We’re now investing hard in sales to turn that momentum into market leadership — and that’s where you come in.
What you’ll do
- Own the sales function end to end — strategy, pipeline, process, and results.
- Lead, coach, and get the best out of our current team of reps from day one.
- Hire and scale the team as we grow, building the structure, playbooks, and culture that let it run.
- Set targets, forecast accurately, and report results directly to the leadership team.
- Refine our sales process and tooling — what to keep, what to fix, what to build.
- Partner with marketing and product to sharpen messaging, sources, and the customer journey.
- Stay close to customers and prospects, getting out front on key deals when it counts.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS.
- A track record of leading and growing high-performing sales teams, with comfort both managing and rolling up your sleeves.
- Experience scaling a sales function during a high-growth period — you know what breaks at each stage and how to get ahead of it.
- Strong coaching instincts: you make the reps around you better.
- Data-driven approach to pipeline, forecasting, and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills and the credibility to lead from the front on key deals.
- Assets: Familiarity with the construction, field-services, or trades industries.
Location & work arrangement
Hybrid in Winnipeg, MB — 3 days a week in our office, with flexibility around the rest.
