Healthy Crunch is looking for an ambitious, energetic, and entrepreneurial Brand & Growth Sales Manager to work directly alongside Founder & CEO, Julie Bednarski, helping accelerate our growth across Canada, the United States, and international markets.

This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who combines exceptional people skills with creativity, strategic thinking, business development expertise, and a passion for helping build an award-winning food brand.

What You'll Do

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new retail, foodservice, distribution, e-commerce, and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Support and grow existing customer relationships across key accounts.
  • Assist with retailer presentations, line reviews, category reviews, and sales proposals.
  • Generate new leads and proactively open doors with decision-makers.
  • Build relationships with buyers, distributors, brokers, retailers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Support domestic and international business growth initiatives.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative sales and partnership strategies.

Strategic Partnerships & Brand Growth

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships that expand brand awareness and sales opportunities.
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives and cross-promotional partnerships.
  • Build relationships with influencers, wellness communities, industry organizations, and strategic partners.
  • Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, sponsorships, and community engagement.
  • Develop creative partnership concepts that drive mutual value and long-term growth.
  • Represent Healthy Crunch at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to customers and stakeholders.
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships that create value for all parties.
  • Deliver exceptional follow-up and customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of customer initiatives.
  • Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders and partners.

Trade Shows & Industry Events

  • Represent Healthy Crunch at trade shows, conferences, buyer meetings, and industry events.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and brand stories.
  • Generate leads and cultivate strategic relationships.
  • Support event planning, networking opportunities, and business development initiatives.
  • Act as a passionate ambassador for the Healthy Crunch brand.

Qualifications Required

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, account management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience building and managing customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and execute quickly.

Preferred

  • Experience within food, beverage, health, wellness, natural products, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Existing network of retailer, distributor, broker, foodservice, or industry contacts.
  • Experience presenting to category buyers and retail decision-makers.
  • Experience with major retailers and strategic accounts.
  • Experience using CRM and sales management platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, or similar technologies, and an understanding of how AI can be leveraged to improve productivity, research, prospecting, relationship management, and business growth.
  • Experience supporting international business development initiatives.
