Description: Our Client is looking for a Service Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Swift Current, SK.
In this role you will oversee, direct, and coordinate service activities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, technician efficiency, and department profitability. In one of Canada's top John Deere dealer organizations you will create quality experiences in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.
You Will
- Lead all Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
- Build customer relationships to foster growth
- Motivate, inspire, and assist employees in their pursuit of excellence through coaching, training, and development
- Plan and initiate all Service Department functions including attraction, retention, and effective engagement of all employees
- Work with all internal departments to create effective and productive team dynamics
- Monitor and manage business plan with focus on forward growth in areas such as budget, profitability, and labour
You Have
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience in the agriculture industry
- Technical background
- Experience leading, developing, and motivating others to achieve results
- Knowledge/familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
