Midland Transport is currently seeking a full-time Solutions Specialist based out of Head Office in Dieppe, NB. The selected candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a “Can Do” attitude.

The Solutions Specialist leads the onboarding of Midland customers by aligning business needs to the most appropriate solution architecture. Managing a portfolio of onboarding initiatives, this role orchestrates cross-functional collaboration between technology, sales, and customer teams to ensure scalable, consistent, and value-driven implementations.

  • Manage portfolio of customer onboarding initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, capacity alignment, and on-time delivery
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of customer solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams (internal and external) of up to 10 stakeholders
  • Act as primary point of contact for solution delivery, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and system capabilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on products and solutions, supporting Sales, Trainers and end users
  • Identify requirements and create documentation to support onboarding, adoption, and success against the enabled solution
  • Act as liaison to the Sales team, ensuring alignment on onboarding expectations, transition targets and roles and responsibilities
  • Validate deployment accuracy to support successful onboarding and minimize post-implementation issues.
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain and Logistics, or other equivalent experience
  • 5 years experience in Customer Onboarding, System Integrations, Project management or related areas, preferably in transportation or logistics
  • Prosci Change Management Certification, Project Management Certifications, considered assets
  • Advanced communication (Verbal & Written)
