A Day in the Life
The General Labourer will play a key role in supporting safe, efficient, and continuous operations. This position is hands‑on and active, involving a variety of tasks related to grain handling, facility cleanliness, and support to operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
Operate all equipment in a safe efficient way according to company policies and procedures.
Operate basic hand and power tools in accordance with proper procedure.
Load and unload materials.
Perform general maintenance including conducting routine equipment repairs for processing equipment.
Keep facility and grounds clean, tidy and free of fire hazards while working within the Employee Health & Safety guidelines. Follow ISO standards and procedures.
Skills/Experience Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Related forklift, skid-steer or loader experience is considered an asset.
Comfortable Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Proven ability to adhere to and maintain workplace health and safety initiatives.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license is preferred.
Basic understanding of the Canadian Grain Industry would be considered an asset.
