Position Summary

Stem Health believes that the most impactful physical therapy is unhurried, precise, and woven into a member's broader health picture. We are looking for a grounded physiotherapist to bring our movement philosophy to life inside our flagship clinic someone who treats the whole person, not just the presenting complaint.

In this role, you will deliver high-touch, personalized physiotherapy to Stem Health members at our clinic at First Canadian Place. You will be a core member of the clinical team, working alongside physicians, chiropractors, and allied health providers to ensure every member receives seamless, integrated care. Key Responsibilities

Carry the sanctuary

You are the Stem Health experience in the treatment room. Every session from assessment through discharge reflects our standard: professional, warm, and deeply attentive to the member as a whole person.

Pace the progress

You prioritize time and trust. In a model built around unhurried care, you protect the space needed for thorough assessment, purposeful treatment, and meaningful patient education ensuring no member ever feels rushed or reduced to a diagnosis.

Clarify the body

  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care focused on manual therapy, exercise prescription, functional movement, and patient education.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans designed for longevity, injury prevention, and peak function.
  • Translate complex musculoskeletal conditions into clear, accessible language that empowers members in their own recovery and long-term wellness.

Collaborate On The Whole

  • Work closely with the broader clinical team physicians, chiropractors, and allied health providers to ensure your findings and interventions are integrated into each member's Unified Health Story via the clinic's EHR system.
  • Participate in case consultations and provide specialist guidance on musculoskeletal presentations across the care team.
  • Document session notes, progress, and home exercise programs with precision and timeliness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; experience in private care, performance therapy, or integrative health settings is a significant asset.
  • Deep knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions with strong hands-on manual therapy skills.
  • Proficiency in exercise prescription and functional movement assessment.
  • Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly, educates clients effectively, and simplifies the path to recovery and peak performance.
  • Comfortable using EHR systems to document and coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Experience in executive health, concierge medicine, or hospitality-forward care environments is preferred.
  • Genuine alignment with Stem Health's philosophy of proactive, relationship-based, member-centred care.
