Job description
- Defines technology project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholders.
- Should have strong Automation knowledge using Java/Selenium. Ability to develop Automation framework, Reusable libraries, Script designing, execution and debugging. Programming experience with Groovy is a plus.
- Candidate should have knowledge in building Java libraries/utilities as part of their Automation development/optimization.
- A Strong Banking knowledge specific to Customer experience, Chat testing, User experience is must.
- Should have an ability to develop full scale testing plan for the POD/Project and associated communication documents as required.
- Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies and mitigates potential risks, and devises contingency plans.
- Strong Agile/Scrum testing expertise. Priority will be given to candidates who have worked continuously in a Scrum team.
