About The Role

• The successful candidate will join their solicitor group working in the areas of corporate and commercial law, commercial real estate and property development.
• You will work on a broad range of transactions including acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale of various real estate projects.
• This is a great opportunity for someone to get a broad transactional and commercial exposure, have more direct client exposure at an earlier stage in your career and faster path to Partnership compared to national firms.
• Great opportunity for someone who wants to develop existing client relationships and be part of a talented and busy practice.
• The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience.
