What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare payroll data and employee information for submission through ADP Workforce Now
- Administer employee benefits, pension, RRSP, and savings programs
- Manage employee lifecycle changes, payroll adjustments, and reporting
- Perform reconciliations, benefits billings, and payroll-related analysis
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports for HR and Finance
- Investigate and resolve employee payroll and benefits inquiries
- Support process improvements, audits, and system-related projects
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to work confidently with large and complex datasets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- PCP designation is an asset but not required
