What You'll Do

- Handle high-volume calls and emails with professionalism and care.

- Process orders accurately and follow through to resolution.

- Assist new customers and support online ordering.

- Collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience.

- Maintain high service standards.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in B2B environment

- Post-secondary education.

- Contact centre experience seen as an asset.

- Knowledge of SAP ECC or similar systems.

- Team player with attention to detail and tech-savvy.
