Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Salary: $70,000– $90,000 annually (based on experience)

They are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a collaborative, well-supported operations tea

As a Project Coordinator, you will join a collaborative and well-supported operations team, working closely with Senior Project Managers and reporting directly to the VP, Construction. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through to close-out, while contributing to key activities such as reviewing drawings and specifications, scheduling, managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and preparing reports and client-facing documentati

on.

l Do:Support the Senior Project team with reading drawings, interpreting specifications, developing schedules, managing RFIs, submittals, and change o
rdersAssist in the coordination and administration of construction projects from pre-construction through clos
e-outPrepare, track, and distribute project documentation including meeting minutes, progress reports, and status up
datesManage the RFI and submittal process, ensuring timely responses and accurate distrib
utionAssist with procurement tracking, material deliveries, and subcontractor coordin
ationSupport contract administration including purchase orders, change orders, and progress c
laimsMaintain and update project schedules, drawing logs, and document control systems in Pr
ocoreCoordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project miles
tonesAssist with project close-out activities including deficiency lists, warranties, and turnover document
ationEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company pol

icies

What We're Lookin

g For:2–5 years of experience in a project coordination or junior project management role within a General Contractor envir
onmentDiploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent practical expe
rienceFamiliarity with reading construction drawings and interpreting specific
ationsExperience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control pro
cessesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dea
dlinesExcellent written and verbal communication
skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with MS Project and Procore is a strong
assetKnowledge of construction methods, sequences, and industry best pra
cticesStrong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and internal
