Revive by Design is Calgary's outsourced safety department, delivering industry-leading health, safety, emergency response, and compliance training to organizations across oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, and corporate sectors. We're building a roster of elite contracted instructors and facilitators to support a growing client base across Alberta.

What We're Looking For

• Current instructor or facilitator certification in one or more of the training programs listed above
• Certifications through Energy Safety Canada, Canadian Red Cross, Heart & Stroke Foundation, St. John Ambulance, Mental Health Commission of Canada, LivingWorks, CPI, ICISF, or other recognized training bodies are considered strong assets
• Valid instructor-level certification in at least three program areas preferred
• Comfortable delivering in-person, hands-on, classroom-based, and virtual training sessions
• All training is delivered live and interactively, with no pre-recorded or self-study formats
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and learner engagement skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites within Calgary and surrounding Alberta communities
• Industry experience in construction, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, emergency response, mental health, or related sectors is considered an asset
