We are currently welcoming 1–2 Registered Psychotherapists (RP or RP Qualifying) with a passion and experience in supporting children and youth 5-15 years old

This role is exclusively for therapists who enjoy working with clients under 15 years old and therefore the following are core requirements for the role:

• You are a Registered Psychotherapist (RP or RP Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario
• You work with or are interested in supporting children and youth (ages 5+)
• You enjoy and are experienced with engaging parents and caregivers as appropriate

• Anxiety and emotional regulation

What This Looks Like In Practice

• Independent Contractor (Affiliate) model
• 70/30 split in your favour, with a monthly cap that allows you to retain more of your earnings as your caseload grows
• Current session rates: $160/therapeutic hour
• Flexible scheduling of your shifts
• Ongoing marketing and referral development by Niilo Wellness
• Group supervision included and covered by Niilo
• Opportunities for consultation and collaboration with colleagues
