Community Assessment Coordinator

Maritime Thermal Solutions

THE ROLE

At Maritime Thermal Solutions, we help Nova Scotia homeowners by having honest, plainspoken conversations. Our goal is simple: answer basic questions about heat pumps and see if they want to book a free, no-obligation assessment with our trusted local HVAC partners or need maintenance on there existing units to maintain efficiency.

WHO THRIVES HERE

Our top earners come from all walks of life. This is a great fit if you are:

A Student: Build your resume, improve your communication skills, and work flexible hours that fit your summer plans.

From Hospitality (Cooks/Servers): You know how to hustle and read a room, but want a break from the kitchen and late-night weekend shifts.

In Construction/General Labor: You love working outdoors, but want to save your back and transition into a communication-focused role.

Athletic/Competitive: You are goal-driven, coachable, and want a job where your effort translates directly into your paycheck.

Pivoting Careers: You want a fresh start with real training, a daily safety net, and uncapped potential.

THE PAY & PERKS

Transparent Earning Structure: We believe in a safety net plus uncapped potential. Here is exactly how you get paid:

The Daily Base: $60 guaranteed for every shift you work.

The Hustle Bonus: Add $25 for every quality, no-obligation assessment you book on the doors.

The Big Win: Add a $225 commission bonus every time one of your booked assessments turns into a completed installation.

The Math: Most active reps take home $700 to $1,200 a week. Even on an average day where you just book three assessments, you are already walking away with $135—and that is before any $225 install bonuses roll in!

Weekly Direct Deposit: Paid every Friday.

Team Support: We start every shift with coffee, route planning, and team huddles as well as Office lunches on Fridays after a big week. You are never out there alone.

Paid Training: We don't throw you to the wolves. Your first week involves classroom basics and walking real routes with a field trainer. We provide you with the script, official ID badges, branded gear, and an assigned territory so you are set up to succeed.
