What You'll Do

  • Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
  • Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine initiatives and clinical decision support
  • Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment
  • Translate sophisticated data findings into clear, meaningful narratives for scientific and clinical stakeholders
  • Apply your domain expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated outputs in healthcare and life sciences contexts

Who You Are

  • Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
  • Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into meaningful insights for scientific or clinical audiences
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable operating independently in a remote, asynchronous workflow

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation systems
  • Familiarity with bioinformatics tools, EHR platforms, or clinical data standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
  • Background in translational research, clinical trials, or population health analytics
  • Experience working with or evaluating large language models (LLMs) in scientific domains
