Pharmacy Technician/Assistant

Community Pharmacy Technician/Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide superior and efficient pharmacy patient care and customer service
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other health professionals to ensure accurate prescription medication preparation, distribution and patient care
  • Ensure efficient pharmacyworkflow
  • Manage accurate dispensary data, documentation, and inventory
  • Manage and perform compliance packaging and compounding of pharmaceutical products
  • Manage third party billing submissions and reconciliation
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Previous pharmacy experience is an asset but not required as long as willing to learn
  • Minimum grade 12 diploma

Compensation

  • Negotiable and depending on experience
  • Annual bonus depending on business and personal performance
