*Location:* Airforce Base Multipurpose Market, Port Harcourt, Rivers State

Are you a hands-on leader passionate about empowering SMEs and communities? Yowec Micro Finance Institution is seeking a *Microfinance Institution Manager* to join our team on a *hybrid work model*.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Branch Leadership* - Oversee daily operations, loan origination, disbursement & collections to meet targets

2. *Portfolio Growth* - Manage loan portfolio quality, credit risk, and develop market strategies for PHC

3. *Team Management* - Train, supervise & motivate loan officers and field staff

4. *Compliance* - Ensure all operations meet CBN microfinance regulations + Yowec policies

5. *Client & Community Relations* - Build partnerships with traders, cooperatives & SMEs around Airforce Base Market

*Requirements:*

- *Experience*: 4+ years in microfinance/banking, 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role. Banking experience is an advantage

- *Skills*: Strong credit analysis, portfolio management, sales drive & team leadership

- *Qualifications*: HND/BSc in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Admin, or related field

- *Tech*: Proficient with core banking apps & MS Office. Comfortable with hybrid/remote tools

- *Location*: Must reside in Port Harcourt for field work + office days at Airforce Base Market
