We are hiring a Senior Sales Consultant who can confidently lead consultations, establish trust and authority quickly, and convert qualified prospects into satisfied customers.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading high-quality phone, virtual and in-person consultations with qualified prospects
  • Understanding customer needs, goals, and space requirements
  • Presenting cedar hot tubs, cold plunges, and saunas as premium wellness solutions
  • Confidently communicating value, craftsmanship, and long-term benefits
  • Closing high-ticket sales with professionalism and authority
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first conversation to close

This Role Is For You If You:

  • Have 2+ years of proven success in consultative or high-ticket sales
  • Are comfortable guiding customers through significant purchase decisions
  • Thrive in performance-based environments with clear targets and accountability
  • Take ownership of your pipeline, numbers, and outcomes
  • Are coachable, competitive, and motivated to earn at the top of the market
