For the past year, we’ve been successfully testing a 36-hour work week (four 9-hour days, with compensation for a full 40 hours) to give our team better work-life balance. As a Construction Project Manager, you will drive projects from estimate to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships across both commercial and residential divisions. We need strong experience in construction project management, proficiency with estimating software, and a track record of bringing projects in on budget.
The Package: Total Compensation & Perks
- Total Compensation Package: $85,000 – $100,000+ (inclusive of base salary and total package value).
- Schedule: 36-hour work week (paid for 40 hours).
- Vehicle: Company vehicle provided.

- Bonus: Potential performance-based bonus compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple construction and restoration projects simultaneously.
- Financial Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope in alignment with client and insurance expectations.
- Site Coordination: Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, enforce safety protocols, and resolve on-site challenges.
- Communication: Lead project kick-off meetings and coordinate flawlessly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Documentation: Ensure timely documentation of project milestones and change orders using our project management software.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in construction
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and restoration techniques
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines concurrently
- Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and app-based documentation tools
- Skilled trade or PM certification is considered an asset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clear criminal record
