The bigger picture
We’re looking for a collaborative and results-driven leader to come on board as our temporary, Team Leader, Dealer Finance Loan Management Centre for up to 20 months, at our South Hill location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team while ensuring the accurate, efficient, and compliant delivery of dealer finance loan and lease services. You’ll play a key role in balancing operational excellence, member experience, and risk, while strengthening relationships with dealerships and partner credit unions.
While Prince Albert is the preferred location, we are open to considering candidates at other Conexus locations across Saskatchewan.
How You’ll Be Spending Your Time
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Dealer Finance Loan Management and Funding Specialists to drive performance, consistency, and capability growth
- Prioritizing and overseeing workflow to meet service level agreements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a strong partner and stakeholder experience.
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of loan and lease administration, ensuring compliance with policy, contract terms, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting complex account activity, including delinquencies, tax adjustments, and account maintenance, while ensuring data accuracy and audit-ready files.
- Partnering with internal teams and advisors to resolve issues and support lending activities.
- Leading process improvement and standardization initiatives, embedding changes through training and team support.
- Building capability across Conexus and partner/affiliate credit unions through training and knowledge sharing.
- Promoting a strong risk and compliance culture and ensuring adherence to policies, legislation, and affiliate requirements.
- Supporting systems, reporting, and financial processes including reconciliations, vendor invoicing oversight, and budget support.

The Experience You Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in the financial services industry
- 1 year experience in leadership, formal or informal
- Demonstrated experience with loan decisioning and loan origination systems
- Strong knowledge of loan policies and procedures
- Strong understanding of credit union products and services
Salary range
$60,780 - $75,980 with 9% Short Term Incentive Target
