The Company
T-RIZE Group is a Montréal based financial technology firm providing institutional infrastructure for the issuance, management, and lifecycle administration of tokenized financial instruments. The firm operates natively on institutional blockchain networks and works alongside global custodians, broker dealers, market operators, and financial market utilities.
The firm's position is established. Its flagship instrument is live and generating revenue. Distribution is conducted through regulated broker dealer channels in the United States and Europe. The firm participates in the governance of the institutional network on which its infrastructure operates, and its partnerships span the principal custodians, market infrastructure providers, and technology firms active in institutional tokenization. Industry projections place the tokenization of financial assets at several trillion dollars over the coming decade; the firm is positioned in the infrastructure layer of that market.
The firm maintains a second line of business in federated learning and agentic AI infrastructure. The federated learning layer is in production within the firm's risk analytics and model training operations and forms the foundation on which the firm is building its agentic AI infrastructure: autonomous intelligence operating across institutions, under verifiable control, without the movement of underlying data. This capability is a structural requirement wherever regulated institutions deploy AI at scale, and an absolute one in sectors where confidentiality obligations preclude data centralization, including government and defense adjacent applications. The technology rests on a patent pending protocol for secure multi party exchange, developed with university research partners under federally funded programs and supported by an industrial research chair.
The Role
You will be the senior commercial voice of the firm and a direct extension of the CEO, with full ownership of revenue, capital formation, and the firm's most important relationships worldwide.
- Raise. Lead institutional capital formation with your own network: allocators, family offices, strategic corporates, in coordination with regulated distribution partners.
- Close. Originate and negotiate major contracts, mandates, and cross border partnerships. Nine figure conversations. Multi party execution.
- Represent. Panels, executive forums, boardrooms, institutional media. When the firm needs to be in the room at the highest level, you are the firm.
- Build. Design and lead the global institutional sales function from zero. Your architecture. Your team. Your standards.
You report to the CEO. You work shoulder to shoulder with him in Montréal. You operate with real authority, and you are accountable for outcomes.
You
- 15+ years at a major global financial institution: bulge bracket, tier one asset manager, or global market infrastructure firm.
- New York experience is required. A senior network that actually answers is required.
- A verifiable track record of raising institutional capital and closing major transactions.
- Relationships that span North America, Europe, and beyond. A genuinely global network is a serious asset.
- Presence. The kind that creates confidence on a stage and closes a room.
- Comfort operating with discretion in security sensitive environments. Eligibility for government security screening is an asset.
- Executive level English. French is an asset.
