What We Offer
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy leadership role for someone who understands the dealership environment, has strong F&I experience, and wants to help grow YWT Dealer Services’ presence across British Columbia.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to represent one of Canada’s fastest-growing F&I providers while building trusted dealer relationships, supporting F&I teams, coaching Dealer Development Representatives, and driving program adoption across the province.
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 per year commensurate with experience, plus commission earnings.

What You’ll Do
Under the supervision of the Dealer Development Leadership Team, the duties and responsibilities of the Dealer Development Manager include, but are not limited to the following:
• Coach and mentor the Dealer Development Representatives (DDRs) to strengthen performance and boost market share across the territory.
• Strategize and develop dealer relationships, with a focus on Finance Directors and key decision-makers.
• Partner with DDRs to add additional programs into existing dealer partners.
• Deliver training to YWT dealers' finance teams on our programs and sales approach.
• Oversee dealer onboarding.
• Deliver quarterly DDR training to keep the team sharp, consistent, and program fluent.
• Act as the program expert on the full YWT program suite and the competitive landscape.
• Remotely onboard and train dealers across Canada until such time they have a dedicated DDR.
• Work closely with senior management, collaborating on territory activity reporting and strategy.
• Travel regularly throughout British Columbia.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum two (2) years of F&I experience in an automotive dealership.
• Proven sales management experience, with the ability to coach and mentor a sales team.
• Ability to travel throughout British Columbia; valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• A collaborative team player, comfortable working closely with senior management to report on territory activity.
• Excellent networking skills, with confidence presenting to and influencing dealer principals, executives, and management teams.
• Hungry for both professional growth and personal income, with the ambition to maximize earning potential.
• Resides in Vancouver or the Greater Vancouver Area, British Columbia.
