What We're Looking For
3+ years brokerage experience (no direct writers)
RIBO licensed with strong auto/home knowledge
Local to Markham/GTA for reliable hybrid attendance
PowerBroker experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!)
Someone who thinks like an advisor, not just processes tasks
