Catering Manager

Salary Range: $52,000 to $56,000

The Catering Manager manages multiple (small to high volume) catering projects. This position is involved in all phases of food preparation, menu planning and development, and maintaining proper inventory levels.

• You will ascertain good client relationship and visitor satisfaction are maintained.

• Minimum of 2 years related catering experience in a ‘high profile’ food environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends
• Excellent customer service skills with a “Can-Do” attitude Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Able to work in a fast paced environment and readily acceptable to change work priorities at any time
• Well-developed computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook
• Food Safe Certificate
