Position: Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales & Service CRM Business Analyst

Location: Remote (Canada) / PEI-Based Candidates Welcome

Structure: Contract (12 Months)

Start Date: July 2026

Compensation: $80-$85/hr

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with CRM platforms such as:

    • Oracle Fusion Sales & Service Cloud (preferred)

    • Microsoft Dynamics 365

    • Salesforce

    • HubSpot

    • Other enterprise CRM solutions

  • Experience gathering and documenting CRM-related business requirements including:

    • Contacts

    • Accounts

    • Cases

    • Service Requests

    • Work Orders

  • Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management experience

  • Experience creating business process documentation, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications

  • Strong understanding of customer service and sales business processes

  • Experience working within Agile and iterative delivery environments

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within fast-paced project environments

  • Relevant post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Nice-to-Have

  • Oracle Fusion Sales & Service Cloud implementation experience

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM Certification

  • Experience supporting government sector clients

  • Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, etc.)

  • Experience working within DevOps delivery environments

  • Experience supporting enterprise CRM transformation initiatives

  • Experience with customer service modernization programs

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales & Service CRM

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities

  • Create business process maps, workflows, user stories, and requirements documentation

  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution recommendations

  • Collaborate with technical teams to support CRM solution design and implementation

  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives

  • Identify opportunities for business process improvement and CRM optimization

  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams

  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and CRM platform capabilities

Ideal Candidate

  • Senior Business Analyst with strong CRM implementation experience

  • Oracle Fusion Sales & Service Cloud experience highly preferred

  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional business teams

  • Comfortable operating independently within remote consulting environments

  • Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives

  • Strong consulting mindset with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
