V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Project Manager II for our premier client in Mississauga, Ontario.

Education And Experience »

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred/Standout Qualities

• Self-motivated and proactive; does not require constant direction.
• Comfortable asking questions while remaining mindful of stakeholders’ time.
• Highly organized with strong project management fundamentals.

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Gather, analyze, and communicate project status clearly and consistently to stakeholders.
• Perform effective project planning to meet timelines and budget targets.
• Manage project execution in alignment with established plans, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project and program delivery.
• Demonstrate expertise within the assigned business area.
• Manage projects/programs of appropriate size and complexity.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
